We are proud to share that EverNorth Education is now an approved Continuing Professional Education, CPE, provider for the state of Texas.

This designation, granted through the Texas Education Agency, means educators who participate in EverNorth professional learning experiences can earn verified CPE credit toward their certification renewal requirements.

In simple terms, the work we do together now counts, officially.

What This Means for Educators

• Districts and campuses can partner with EverNorth for high quality, TEA aligned professional learning
• Teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders can earn documented CPE hours
• Professional development is grounded in practical application, not just theory
• Coaching and training are focused on measurable impact

At EverNorth, our mission has always been clear, to provide leadership coaching, instructional coaching, and professional development that trains and retains high quality educators. Becoming a CPE provider strengthens that commitment and increases the value we bring to schools across Texas.

Why This Matters

Professional learning should do more than check a compliance box.

It should:
• Strengthen instructional practice
• Improve student outcomes
• Develop confident leaders
• Build sustainable systems

As an approved provider, EverNorth can now formally document the growth happening in coaching cycles, workshops, and leadership development sessions.

The impact has always been there. Now the credit is too.

Looking Ahead

We are enthusiastic to expand our partnerships with districts, campuses, and organizations who believe in meaningful professional learning.
