EverNorth Education was founded by a team of passionate educators and leaders committed to transforming teaching and learning. With extensive experience in executive and instructional leadership coaching, school leadership, and district-level initiatives, our founders share a common vision: to empower educators, strengthen leadership, and create lasting, positive impact for students and communities. Their combined expertise guides EverNorth’s mission to provide customized coaching, professional learning, and capacity-building that drive meaningful and sustainable educational improvements.


Monique Lewis, Ed.D., ICF
Founding Partner
Monique is an accomplished executive coach and educational leader with nearly three decades of impact across schools and systems. She began her academic journey at Texas State University, went on to earn a Master’s in Public School Building Leadership from Columbia University in New York, and later completed her Doctor of Education at Houston Christian University. She has also pursued advanced leadership training at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and Rice University.
Her career reflects leadership at every level of education. She has served as a Principal in the Houston Independent School District, the Galveston Independent School District, and in New Jersey Public Schools, bringing a breadth of experience across diverse school communities. She went on to advance innovative initiatives with KIPP Texas and Houston Gateway Academy, and further extended her influence nationally through her work with Success Academy in New York, one of the nation’s most recognized and high-performing charter school networks. This breadth of leadership has equipped her to understand reform at scale and to craft strategies that bridge both traditional districts and charter systems.
Today, Monique operates at the executive level, guiding school leaders through organizational transformation, strengthening leadership pipelines, and building professional learning systems that drive sustained measurable results for educators and students alike.

Jennifer Mascheck, M.Ed., ICF
Founding Partner
Jennifer is a veteran, accomplished mathematics coach and director of coaches with a dynamic career spanning more than two decades of impact in classrooms, schools, and districts. She began her journey at the University of Houston, earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, completed a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction in mathematics education at Texas A&M University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Yale School of Management.
Her career reflects leadership across multiple layers of education. Jennifer has served as a classroom teacher, district-level mathematics leader, and director of academic performance coaches, experiences that have shaped her ability to navigate both the instructional and leadership sides of school systems. She has designed and facilitated professional development for teachers, instructional coaches, and campus leaders; delivered keynote sessions at state and regional conferences; and authored curriculum resources and tools that have been implemented across dozens of schools. Her partnerships extend across more than 20 Texas districts, giving her a broad understanding of how to adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse school communities.
Today, Jennifer operates at the executive level, guiding coaches and leaders to deepen instructional practice, develop sustainable leadership pipelines, and design professional learning systems that drive long-term success for both educators and students. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to fostering growth, collaboration, and lasting impact in education.
